Tender Care Nursing Agency was established as an end result of the accumulated research work and experience of its founder and executive director, Matilda Charles, M.Sc.
Her ardent love to care for her sick mother and mother-in-law (both living in her home) led her to be certified and licensed. Matilda’s mother-in-law has lived with her and received daily care and attention for more than 10 years. This birthed her love for elderly care. Hence, Tender Care Nursing Agency was born.
At Tender Care Nursing Agency, we provide quality care to the elderly throughout the state of Maryland. Our mission is to enhance their quality of life and their dignities as they age. Our action goes to assist, support, or care for them to achieve a healthy happy ageing!
