Frequently Asked Questions

Mom has always been independent before her fall. Will she be independent again?

Our top priority in providing care is the goal of caring for your loved one and giving all the support they need to recover back to their baseline. Many become independent again.

Our family has not done this before. We are scared.

It is understandable to be scared of the unknown. Our caregiving team includes the management who will work you reassuringly through the goals and care that we provide. We provide Nursing assessment and counsel to help our clients and family gain understanding.

We do not want our mom to become dependent!

Our primary goal is to care, support them to return to an independent state. When they are unable to, we provide partial to total support depending on the medical and mental state of our client.

We live in California too far to help my dad with his daily needs or get him out of the apartment.

Our Caregivers will ensure he has all his daily needs and document it. They will also gently encourage him to get out of his home for walks, or strolls, to do grocery shopping or help him make and keep his appointments.

We are concerned about him falling.

Safety is our watchword and it's a high priority for us to keep all our client safe from Falling
We uphold safety in every aspect, physically, mentally, behaviorally and safety around his medications.

We do not want so many people working with our parents. They are worried about strangers.
